To attain a deep, rich black in extensive black coverage sections, we suggest utilizing the color values C30 M20 Y20 K100. Using solely K100 can occasionally result in a darker gray shade, lacking the same depth and richness achieved by incorporating the complementary C30 M20 Y20 K100. This approach not only enhances the black but also minimizes the risk of overprint issues.

For smaller black type, we recommend one color black at K100 to avoid potential registration issues.

For large format printing, we recommend using C80 M80 Y80 K100 for rich black values.

Include a Spot UV file as a separate file to indicate where the UV coating should be applied.

For best results, use vector-based programs like Illustrator or CorelDRAW for mask files. Use solid 100% K for Spot UV areas, avoiding shadows, glows, or grayscale. White area signifies no Spot UV.
